Make a payment

Online Payments:

Set up online payments for your MBNA account through your financial institution. To enroll, log into your online bank and select "Make a bill payment". Enter "Mbna Canada – Mastercard" or "Mbna Visa" as the payee. Add your 16-digit MBNA credit card number as your account number.

Automatic Payments:

Automate your payments to make sure they're never missed or late, with payments deducted from your online bank account.

Enrollment is available through MBNA's online banking options.

Assistance setting up, changing, or canceling is available through our customer service, at 1-800-347-6262.

Please be sure to include your account number on your cheque or money order. Payments are processed daily Monday-Friday and are credited upon receipt. If making a payment by mail, be sure to allow up to 10 days for your payment to be received and posted to your account.
