Accessibility services

Alternate formats for monthly statements and a number of other documents needed to service an account are available in the following formats:

  • Large Print
  • Braille (Grade 1)
  • Braille (Grade 2)
  • eText CD
  • Audio CD
  • Accessible PDF (PDF/UA)
  • AccessOne (Accessible PDF that includes large print format)
