Your credit card account(s) and services transition is complete! We would like to thank you for your patience.

Your credit card account(s) has been successfully converted to the new system. Your transaction information and balances have been updated.

Starting September 30, 2014:

  • Action required: Please enroll or re-enroll each credit card account (including your rewards credit card account), in Online Banking. This step is required if you wish to have continued access to your credit card account information online. If you are an eStatement customer, please be sure to re-enroll by December 15, 2014, to continue receiving paperless account statements; otherwise, you will automatically be switched to receiving paper account statements immediately following December 15, 2014.
  • Action required: Next time you call to talk to a Customer Service Representative or to use our automated telephone banking service (“IVR”), you will be prompted to set up a telephone banking ID for each individual credit card account. Once you have set up your credit card account(s) with a telephone banking ID, you will not need to re-enroll each time you call, allowing you to get access to your information faster.
  • Please refer to the information you received by mail for complete steps and updates in service.
  • MBNA Rewards and other transactional information (payments, cash advances, balances and balance transfers) will be updated.
  • You can redeem your MBNA rewards again.

Enroll or re-enroll each of your credit card account(s) in the new Online Banking system, starting now.

IMPORTANT:
If you experience an issue with your enrollment and you are not able to successfully login, call us at 1-800-347-6262  and we'll be happy to assist you.  Please note you may experience a longer than usual time on hold as we assist customers with the conversion to the new system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are an eStatement customer, please be sure to re-enroll by December 15, 2014, to continue receiving paperless account statements; otherwise, you will automatically be switched to receiving paper account statements immediately following December 15, 2014.

To enroll or re-enroll in Online Banking, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to mbna.ca and click enroll.
  2. Set up your new Online Banking ID and password. If you have multiple accounts, you will need to set up each account separately. Our sign-in screen has changed to a convenient, one-step screen that includes your new login name and password.
  3. In order to provide you with enhanced security features, you will be prompted to set up security questions.
  4. You will then be required to review and accept a new Electronic Access Agreement and Paperless Agreement.
  5. If you don’t currently receive eStatements, while enrolling in Online Banking, please sign up for eStatements. You’ll automatically receive email notifications when your eStatements are ready for you to view.
  6. As you enroll or re-enroll in Online Banking, you will need to take the following steps for each account:
  • set up your e-notifications preferences;
  • review your profile and contact information
  • If you are a rewards customer, to redeem or view your rewards activity, you must access your rewards information through Online Banking.

Other steps to take:

  • Set up each credit card account for telephone banking by following the steps indicated when you call. Once you have set up your credit card account(s) with a telephone banking ID, you will not need to re-enroll each time you call, allowing you to get access to your information faster.
  • Check your October account statement(s): payment dates and amounts may have changed, requiring updates to pre-authorized payment arrangements.
  • Access rewards information by enrolling in Online Banking.
