Important information for our customers

We are pleased to announce that the asset purchase by TD Bank Group is complete and MBNA is now a division of The
Toronto-Dominion Bank. The issuer of your MBNA MasterCard credit card has changed from MBNA Canada Bank to The
Toronto-Dominion Bank. For the most part, it is business as usual. We will still be known as MBNA and you will continue to do business with us just as you do today.

For your convenience, we have provided answers to some questions that you may have right now. Please take a moment to look through these Frequently Asked Questions for information about TD Bank Group, your MBNA MasterCard credit card and payments, and how to contact us.

We look forward to continuing to meet your credit card needs, now and in the future.
